What this site is
This website describes the moving and storage services offered by Forward Moving & Storage and lets you request a written estimate. It is an information and contact channel — it does not take payments and it does not book moves on its own.
Estimate requests
Submitting the estimate form is a request, not a booking and not a contract. A move coordinator reviews what you send, contacts you, and puts any estimate in writing. The moving services themselves are governed by the written estimate and the documents you sign for the move — including, for interstate moves, the documents federal regulations require — not by these website terms.
The information you give us
When you submit the form you confirm the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you agree to be contacted about your move. How we handle that information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use the site as a person genuinely enquiring about a move. Automated submissions, scraping, probing the form's protections, and submitting information about someone else without their agreement are not permitted, and the site applies technical measures against them.
Our content
The text, photography, logo and design of this site belong to Forward Moving & Storage or its licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party resources — for example federal carrier-registration lookups and map services. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers
We work to keep everything published here accurate, and the site's own rules require that unconfirmed information is either clearly marked or not published at all. Even so, the website is provided as-is: page content is general information, not advice for your specific move, and it may change as details are confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Forward Moving & Storage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here reduces the responsibilities we take on under a written moving contract.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published here, with the effective date above, is the one in force.
